Little Ones Lyra/Hammock 5-6yrcome try lyra and hammock, learn some moves on both, especially designed class for 5 - 6 year olds. Once students have completed a term on hammock when they turn 7 they will be able to try a silks class.

Beginner TricksThis class is an introduction to pole! For the everyday person who wants to learn to climb, spin, and slide, along with fitness. With a big focus on technique we wil build your strength to protect your wrists and shoulders, and gain core stability.

Inter 1/2 TricksSo you've discovered how fun pole is! It's time to progress the tricks you learnt in Beginner and get upside down more. We recommend attending at least one upper body workout class a week to keep those shoulders happy as well as stretch/pilates class every now and then to ensure your're moving the way you should be.

CircuitA circuit workout is a fast-paced routine where you perform a series of different exercises (like bodyweight moves, weights or cardio) with minimal rest in between, effectively building strenght, endurance, and burining calories by keeping your heart rate up.
It's versatile, adaptable for all fitness levels, and great for improving both muscle fitness and cardiovascular health in a time-efficient way, often using stations or alternating muscle groups.
